At Udugu Journey LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality PMP®️ certification preparation. Our courses are designed to fully equip you to take and pass the PMP®️ exam. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:
Full Refund Before Course Start
If you cancel your enrollment 7 days or more before the start of the class, you are eligible for a full refund of your course fees.
Course Completion and Exam Guarantee
With our 4-day course, you will be ready to take the PMP®️ exam. We conduct in-house exams to gauge your readiness, and you will have ongoing access to course materials and our instructors for consultation in the lead-up to the test.
Pass Assurance Policy
If you satisfy all our course requirements and do not pass the PMP®️ exam on your first attempt, we offer you 2 Free Course Retake: You are invited to attend the next available course at no additional cost within the year that you register.
