Problem Statement

The client had embarked on an Agile transformation but faced challenges with inconsistent Agile practices across teams, poor leadership alignment, and bottlenecks in value streams. These issues hindered the organization’s ability to scale Agile effectively and deliver projects on time.

Approach

Udugu Journey was brought in to assess the situation using the SAFe Agile Transformation Assessment Tool. We conducted stakeholder interviews, facilitated value stream mapping sessions, and performed a maturity assessment of Agile practices across the organization. This process helped us identify critical gaps in leadership, role clarity, and team collaboration.

Solution

Based on our findings, we developed an action plan to :

  2.  Standardize Agile practices across teams using SAFe.
  3. Optimize value streams by addressing bottlenecks and improving workflow.
  4. Clarify roles through targeted training for key Agile positions like Product Owners and Release Train Engineers.
